My name is Brad Golish and I am your Small Business Efficiency and Productivity Consultant.  I have a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and my professional experience has involved improving the efficiency of processes, reducing expenses, and increasing profits for several large corporations.  I have a wealth of methodologies and tools that I want to share with you and help you make your business all you want it to be and more.

I started LeanThis after I was laid off due to a corporate reduction in workforce at a Fortune 500 company. In short, someone sitting in an office at corporate headquarters whom I had never met, decided that their company was better without me. That was my wake-up call.  Here I had spent the last how many mornings getting up early, commuting to work, laboring, only to have it all disappear in a flash. 

That is when I decided I needed to do something different.  Are you a small business?
